The Saturday before Mother’s Day, mothers join together with their daughters, sisters, aunts, and friends to enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship. This church banquet  helps strengthen family relationships, church friendships in a formal setting. This is an occasion not only to enjoy a great physical meal but to partake of a spiritual meal as well.

 

According to scripture, it is an honor for a woman to be gracious.  A godly woman is wise, kind and hospitable. She is honest and trustworthy and conducts her household with wisdom and care. She has learned  to seek God’s  will and follow His words.
